The following form should be completed if you wish to attend the above event.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis
A reminder of the Driver Ticket Options are shown below:

OPTION 1 - Platinum Ticket - Joint Drivers - £117.00
Participation for you and one additional guest in all activities listed above including ability to sell/trade on site
Ticket allows you and your guest to drive your smart on all relevant track sessions
Driver and Passenger (with the owner's permission) can therefore share driving is desired in either session - this could mean, for example that one person is in Group A and the guest in Group B thus maximising available time
Qualification for any or all three trophies
Option to pay by 3 instalments of £39.00 (mid June, mid July, mid August 2003)

OPTION 2 - Gold Ticket - Driver and Passenger - £105.00
Participation for you in all activities listed above including ability to sell/trade on site.
Ticket also allows for a guest to accompany you to the event and this guest to sit as a Passenger in your vehicle in any or all track events. The Guest is not permitted to drive in any on track event.
Ticket allows you to drive your smart on all relevant track sessions
Qualification for any or all three trophies
Option to pay by 3 instalments of £35.00 (mid June, mid July, mid August 2003)

OPTION 3 - Silver Ticket - Driver with non track Guest - £99.00
Participation for you in all activities listed above including ability to sell/trade on site.
Ticket allows you to drive your smart on all relevant track sessions
Ticket allows you to bring a guest to the event but the guest is not permitted in any vehicle on track
Qualification for any or all three trophies
Option to pay by 3 instalments of £33.00 (mid June, mid July, mid August 2003)

OPTION 4 - Bronze Ticket - Driver Only, no Guest - £84.00
Participation for you in all activities listed above including ability to sell/trade on site.
Ticket allows you to drive your smart on all relevant track sessions
Qualification for any or all three trophies
Option to pay by 3 instalments of £28.00 (mid June, mid July, mid August 2003)

Note that applications to come to this event as a spectator or marshal/assistant will be made available at a later stage.
If you elect to pay by instalments, we will subsequently advise you of the relevant payment page - payment can be made by any of the major credit and debit cards utilised in our online shop.

IMPORTANT
Note that if your application is accepted and you wish to pay by instalments, the first instalment will be due mid June 2003 and details will be forwarded to you in advance of this date.
If you wish to pay the full amount in one lump sum, this payment must be made no later than July 31st 2003.
Details of cancellation charges will be forwarded to you in advance of any payment being made and these details will also be published on our Online Shop.
When we have received your completed request form you will be automatically emailed an acknowledgement. We will subsequently email you with a further confirmation of costs. Prior to the event we will also mail you the pack containing the Agenda and relevant admission and security passes.
